Item Name: Nen-Hunter Combat Unit (NHCU)
Level: 1-5
Item Type: Device, Medium size (Barehand weapon)
Description: The device has two main parts: a “Nen Battery” and one of various “Anti-Nen” dispersion attachments. The devices are augmented onto the user’s body through artificial limbs, and are currently under laboratory testing for prototype refinement.
Special Effect: Allows the user to combat Nen Users by disrupting Nen abilities. The battery actively consumes the User’s Nen Pool, instead diverting it to “Battery Power”, and renders them permanently unable to utilize Nen Abilities. The main function available to all units is the ability to drain an opponent’s Nen through a Grapple Touch Ability, feeding the “battery” using their Nen to restore 1 “Batter Power” and disabling their Nen Abilities use for one(1) rounds of combat as well as dealing 5 Damage to Health due to shock. This effect, and the effects of any attachments the User equips onto the Unit, may be increased by training all Nen Skills except Hatsu, rewarding 1 Damage for each level of Ten, 1 “Battery Power” for each level of Ren, and 1 Round Duration(if applicable) for each level of Zetsu(Note: Because the device stifles the User's Nen, training those skills requires double the number of Posts).
Cost: 1 Arm, Ability to use Nen
Item Name: Blast Dispersal Attachment
Level: 1-5
Item Type: Device, Small size
Description: A wide, circular applicator installed into the palm, giving the unit a medium-range combat option.
Special Effect: It allows the NHCU to release Nen-disrupting projectiles with a max range of 25 feet, and may destroy Nen Constructs it strikes. Between 0 and 15 feet, the projectile deals 10 Points of damage to Health and Nen, between 15 and 20 feet the blast deals 5 Points of damage to Health and Nen, and past 20 feet the blast deals 3 Points of damage to Health and Nen. The blast can only disrupt Constructs with a power level equal to or less than the User’s “Battery Power”.
Cost: 30 Jenny
Item Name: Close-Quarters Field Dispersal Attachment
